"Tragic loss and account access issues..."
I lost my partner unexpectedly, and now I can’t get into our account. Trying to reset the password is a no-go since the account is linked to a different username than our primary email. It feels like way too much data protection given the situation. They’re still sending invoices and stuff to our main email, which is just ridiculous. Steer clear unless you’re up for a real hassle trying to access your accounts.

I've been using Pipe Ten for several years now for my web hosting needs. Their customer support has consistently been top-notch, helping me out with various issues along the way. Recently, I added a few more domains, and Jamie has been fantastic in tackling the tricky installations of the Content Management System software I'm working with. This stuff can be pretty complicated for me. However, once it's set up, I can generally create a decent website. I have complete trust in Pipe Ten, and I appreciate their dedication to finding solutions. The ticketing system and communication have been superb, with response times that are quite reasonable. Truly a great company.

I've never felt belittled or like a bother, which has been my experience with a lot of hosting companies. If you're hoping to chat with someone or get any tech help, steer clear of Pipteten. They can't connect you with a person due to some 'data' problems. Live chat for tech support? Forget it, same 'data' excuse. Honestly, this might be the worst customer service I've encountered in the UK. They seem completely uninterested in assisting anyone with issues. I’ve been stuck waiting for over an hour just to get things running again, and still, no luck.
